Free Returns within 30 days.
Returns are limited to un-opened, or opened but un-used non-consumable products for up to 30 days. Upon approval of your return request, we'll collect some shipping information and you will be emailed a shipping label.
As long as Agriolabs is in business, if any part of your garden system breaks, or stops serving it's original intended purpose due to an issue with craftsmanship, manufacturing, or shipping, we'll either send you a replacement part or replace the broken unit free of charge (that means shipping is free too).
If you'd like to be a nice human, you can help us track down the issue so we can fix it for others too.
What's Non-Valid & Repair Parts
If you for some reason, purposely abuse, damage, or use the system in a way other than it's intended purpose as an indoor home garden, the lifetime warranty can no longer apply.
As we have a zero-tolerance policy towards discrimination or abuse, any verbal abuse towards support staff also immediately voids the warranty.
However that doesn't mean you're completely out of luck, we're happy to provide replacement parts for a small cost.
